A mentor is someone who helps you see the hope within yourself

~ Oprah Winfrey

I once heard that if you turn your passion into a profession, you’ll never work a day in your life. That’s exactly what I did, and what I plan to continue doing. I’ve been in the field of design and education for nearly 28 years, and I feel that through mentoring and guiding young creative minds, I’ve also learned and grown alongside them. These students are the brightest stars, full of dreams, hopes, and aspirations. I relish the interactions I have with them; they are curious, creative, and limitless. It’s an honor to share my knowledge and skills with them, to nurture their talents, and to help them become the best versions of themselves.
Creative minds inspire others. It’s essential to give them the right opportunities and platforms to discover their passions and purposes in life.
Mentor classes bring the students closer to reality, and listening to their role models gives them a true insight into the design world they aspire to be a part of. When a mentor shares their journeys, their career paths, their struggles, the right and wrong choices they made, what challenges they faced, the qualities that got them to their destination, and what it takes to make a mark of themselves in the design industry and so much more not only inspires the gen z but also gives them a fair idea & a clearer picture about the path ahead.
It’s a privilege to be a part of their journey, and you never know the true impact you have on those around you.
